Cap Ex Property Solutions didn't start as a contractor looking for customers. It started with a portfolio — commercial buildings, single-family rentals, multifamily communities, and short-term rentals held across the country — and 19 years of learning what actually protects an asset versus what just generates an invoice.

Joshua Rosheisen
Co-Owner, Founder & President. Joshua brings 17 years of commercial construction experience and 19 years on the investment side of real estate. As an owner of more than 200 doors, he understands that every construction decision affects long-term asset performance, operating budgets, and investment value.
Jennifer Rosheisen
Co-Owner, Operations & Client Relations. Jennifer leads project coordination, client communication, and operational execution, making sure every project runs efficiently from planning through closeout. Her ownership stake is what makes Cap Ex a woman and Veteran owned business.
